A clear photo, or the insect in a bag, lets the firm choose the right product on the first visit. Never pick up a scorpion.
Use your phone and keep well back. Then look: a gap under the door? Cracks in the yard wall? A pile of stones or firewood nearby?
Turn back the edge of the mattress and look along its stitching and the bed frame. Tiny dark spots or small dry skins usually point to bed bugs.
Termites build thin mud tubes up walls or door frames. Tap the timber: a hollow sound is a warning.
Cockroaches and scorpions come out at night. Switch the kitchen or yard light on suddenly after dinner and see where they run from.

They hide under stones, firewood and bricks and come in through gaps under doors. Spraying helps, but sealing gaps and clearing the yard is half the cure.
Places let to summer visitors see a lot of people and suitcases. Bed bugs need two treatments a few days apart, not one.
They hollow timber out unseen, so the damage shows late. Treatment costs more and carries a longer guarantee, so compare quotes in detail.
In the colder months mice often look for warmth inside houses and stores. Find how they get in before laying bait.
They climb out of floor gullies and inspection chambers. Fit tight covers, and make sure the treatment covers the drain openings.
Irrigation pools, standing water and livestock draw them. Drainage and cleaning come before any spray.
Say which of these it is on the first call; each one gets a different visit.

💡 The guarantee matters: one firm gives 6 months on cockroaches, another 3, and some give 5 years on termites. Compare the guarantee alongside the price.
🦂 For scorpions we found no separate published price beyond yard and roof treatment. Ask for a quote covering the yard, boundary walls and outdoor seating, plus sealing gaps.
Four Taif pest control firms published these on pages updated between July and October 2026; we opened them in November 2026. Treat them as advertised 'from' prices, not customer invoices. You and the firm agree the price; Laqeeni stays out of it.
Firms that publish prices start at SAR 150 for a small flat and about 200 – 250 for three or four rooms. Bed bugs and termites cost more and are quoted separately.
Clear firewood and stones, seal gaps under doors and in the walls, and ask for a perimeter treatment. Shake out shoes left outside before putting them on.
Usually not. Most firms come back a few days later for the eggs that have hatched. Ask whether the second visit is included.
