1. What Laqeeni is.
Laqeeni (Laqeeni Solutions Establishment, CR 7051243488) is an online directory of local businesses in Saudi Arabia. We show business details so customers can contact them directly. Laqeeni is currently free for customers and businesses. We may introduce paid features in future and will give notice before any change.
2. What we check, and what we don't.
When a business joins, we check its ID, its phone number and any licence or certificate it chooses to show (for example a Saudi REPs trainer licence or a Productive Family certificate). We do not inspect premises, test products or supervise work, and a check reflects what we saw at the time of joining. Licences can expire or be withdrawn; where an expiry date is shown, please check it.
3. We are not part of your deal.
Any agreement about work, products, prices, deposits, delivery or refunds is made directly between you and the business. Laqeeni does not take part in it, does not take a payment or commission from your deal, and does not guarantee the quality, safety, timing or result of any work or product.
4. Responsibility.
We do our best to check the information of the businesses we list, but we are not responsible for their service or conduct. Each business is responsible for its own work, products, prices, licences and conduct. To the extent allowed by Saudi law, Laqeeni is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from dealings between customers and businesses.
5. Please protect yourself.
Agree the details in writing (WhatsApp is fine), ask for a written quote, pay deposits only as agreed, and check licences and reviews yourself.
6. Reporting a problem.
If a business behaves badly, gives false information or its licence is no longer valid, tell us on WhatsApp. We may remove or suspend a listing.
7. Businesses listed on Laqeeni
confirm that the information and photos they give are true, are their own work, and that they hold any licence their activity requires.
8. Changes.
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
