Graduation cakes and chocolate giveaways: how to order

Ordering a graduation cake and chocolate graduation giveaways: when to order, what to ask about minimum quantity and personalisation, and a simple…

Introduction

Graduation season runs May to June, and everyone is looking for a cake and gifts for guests. If you want to order a graduation cake (طلب كيك تخرج) or chocolate graduation giveaways, here are the steps.

The cake

One published example: a graduation cap cake for SAR 113 on a gifting site (Haddiyah). It is one shop's price and varies with size and design. For general prices, see our birthday cake price guide.

Ask the baker:
- Can you write the graduate's name, major and year?
- Can you make a cap, a certificate or the university colours?
- How many days do you need? (graduation season is busy, so order early)

Chocolate giveaways

Always search "توزيعات تخرج" (graduation giveaways), not "توزيعات" alone, because the single word returns National Day and company giveaways. These also appear in our Occasions section.

Ask the seller:
- What is the minimum quantity?
- Can you personalise with a name, date or logo?
- How many days do you need to prepare the order?
- How is it packed and delivered?
- Any nuts? (for allergies)

How to work out the quantity

We found no reliable per-guest rule for giveaways, so we won't give a ready-made number. Instead:
1. Write the real list: who will attend and who will be sent a gift.
2. Add a spare for surprise guests, and agree how much with the seller.
3. Compare with the seller's minimum quantity.
4. Ask: "How many pieces do you recommend for this many guests?"
